Time to ReCommitt
Its been a long summer! A difficult one for me and my program! I really slacked off with the workouts partly I was lazy and partly my bosy so needed the break! Also with food! Did OK enough that I stayed at goal but it was a struggle! I still want to see if I can get to 135 and be comfortable there, I got to 139 for one week and its been up since, been bouncing around between 141 to 144 so still under goal! I am recommitting myself and get back on track NOW! Its going to be a rough one too, lots of emotional things going on in my life right now that will be a major struggle for me but I will do the best I can! Last weigh in I was 143.6, my goal for now is 144. Today was good day on points made good choices and stayed on track! Was going to go to the gym but did not make it had too many other errands to take care of and missed the few hours the gym was open. I did mow the yard today so that was for sure worth some activity points!

Missed The Gym
Did not make it to the gym today! Got stuck at work late with a out of control kid! I did get in over 12,000 steps today just at work, gave all the dogs baths and walked 3 miles! On track all day with points as well! So far so good! I am VERY VERY sore tonight though, it hurts to breathe!

Gym
It was back to the gym today and I am feeling it! On track with point all day, really back on track there! Exercise! 10,000 steps at work, 30 minute weight training, 20 minutes running on treadill, one hour walk with the dogs that also included some running! I hurt! And tomorrow it will be worse! The joys of pain!

What A Mess
Its been weeks since I have been here and what a mess its been! I have been off track , unfocus and out of control and the scale shows it! I am no longer 7 pounds under goal but back at goal! Time to get back on track! Its been a difficult summer but school has started againe and I am already getting back on track! I am refocused and re-determined! I will do this! I will not let it continue to slip away!

Stuggle
I'm having a hard time at it this week. I found out today I don't really have a place to live in 30 days and this week is the one year anniversary of losing my grandpa. This weekend seemed harder than normal to stay on track, its normally not as bad as this one was. I just don't want myself to settle for the weight I'm and i kinda feel like I'm. Not wanting to walk when its my time to walk. I need to stay home this weekend and get refocused on my plan and find a place to live. If the week isn't the best I will make sure next week is.

Monday and Tuesday
Got in 3mile walks both days as well as mowing the yard! On points good on Monday, a few over on Tuesday! Doing OK considering a week of "on the go all day" with mom!

Sunday
Not a perfect day but for the most part not bad! Started the day with a 3 mile walk. Made good choices on food all day except for one time at the mall I had a small brownie form the cookie factory! If that is the worst it gets all week I will be ok!
Review
I got busy the end of the week with a short visit with my nephews and my mom arriving in town! Just forgot to post! did OK I lost but not as much as I had hoped for! I lost just .6 still have one pound to go to get back into the 130s two pounds to go to get back to where I was before I had my 4 week slide! This week will be a challenge with my mom here we will be on the go so eating will not "planned" and I know I will not be weighing in this Saturday because I am doing a 5K race that morning! BUT I will do the best I can to keep on track and have a good week and a good week next week as well so hopefully in two weeks when I weigh in I will be back where I want to be!

Back At It
Today was good back on track! Right on with points with good choices! Got in a 3 mile walk, finally no rain thisevening, about 10 minutes on the stationary bike, and some yoga! Feeling good! We will see how good come Saturday!

Rough Day
Not so much of a good one today...lots of snacking on meaningless junk...not but I did it anyway! It WILL NOT happen tomorrow I WILL be in CONTROL! Got in 30 day shred today as well!

Rained Out Again
Another good day! On track with points and good choices! I had planned to go out for arun today but again I was rained out, so I popped in a oldie but a goodie..Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile DVD and then followed it with yoga!

Weekend Recap
OK so yesterday was weigh in day! It was down, not as much as I would have liked but at least it was down and in the right direction! Down one pound! Today has been a great day too, right on track with points still have 4 points left to eat. Exercise was to be a 3 mile walk but it got rained out so I did 30 day shred and yoga!
