Feeling Better

So as far as the bloated feeling thing I am feeling better today, my fingers are not swollen so I guess thats a good thing! Today I got in the bike ride and 30 minutes of sprint intervals. Ate on track including going out to lunch, we went to subway! Still not feeling good about any loss this week but I guess that will be dtermined on Saturday!

Half Way Through The Week

Here it is Wednesday already! I am not having a good feeling about this week, been feeling bloated and my fingers are swollen, not sure why it shouldnt be that time so not sure what is causing it! But today was good on points, rode bike for 1 hour, lifted weights and did 15 minutes of sprints! Hopefully things will improve the next few days!

Nothing New

Just another good day! Rode bike 1 hour, ran 45 minute and yoga for 30 minutes! Ate on points today too even though I had a training to go to I could be at home to control lunch, so I just went to Subway! I was totally tempted to go somewhere else but didnt! yeah me!

Back on Program

Well it was a rough weeken, I just couldnt seem to stay on program at all! Today is a new day and I am back on track! Rode my bike this morning then went to the gym lifted weights and did 20 minutes of sprints! Ate exactly on points today as well! Looking for a good rest of the week to break past the 30 mark!

The BIG 3-0

I did it! I lost exactly what I needed .8! Yeah its hard to excited about losing only .8 but it gave me a total of 30 pounds!!!

Looking for .8

.8 is all I need tomorrow to have gotten 30 pounds! Is that too much to ask? Sometimes this week I thought thats a breeze then at other times I thought no way will it happen! Today I rode my bike for an hour and that was it for exercise, legs are still sore mut feeling way better! Right on track with eating today, still have 3 points but most likey will not use them! Just waiting on tomorrows weigh in.......

Working It Out

I am still sore today but it is much better! Just keep working out to work out the soreness! Rode bike this morning, lifted weights and stretched and also got in 15 minutes of sprints! Ate on track today too! Feeling good right now!

The Pain of Weights

Oh how I am sore today! Yesterday when doing the new weight routine I was thinking it was too easy and I was not getting anything out of it. Until this morning! The pain in my legs and arms! I was defiantly getting something out of it! And still am it still hurts. Rode bike this morning even though I could barely getmy leg over the seat! Then went to the gym later, was supposed to run but couldnt do it so I just did some inclines on the treadmill, then did some yoga! Right on with points today, feel like I am back in control there!

Back to Weight Training

I have not been doing any weight lifting in more than a month! I decided it was time to get back to it! I started today! I got this book called "The New Rules of Lifting for Women, Lift Like a Man Look Like a Goddess" Its awesome! Has awesome reviews from women that have used it as well! I am going to do the 7 stage weight lifting program in it! I am excited, its the first time I have ever been excited about weights! I have tried other programs before but never stuck with it! This one is going to be it! Also got in a bike ride, 15 minutes of high intensity sprints on treadmill and some pilates today! Much better on eating today to! Ate my daily points and some activity points! Back on track!

Not off to a good start

Well its been a rough start to the week! Food wise anyway! Sunday was a waste for sure went over my points. Today started off good but then at summer school I lost control and just could not stop putting food in my mouth! UGH! I rebounded after that and got through the rest of the day with minimal damage! Exercise wise I did great today! I rode my bike 1 hour this morning, ran for 45 minutes and yoga for 30 minuntes! The rest of the week WILL be better! It has to be! I have to loose at least .8 on Saturday!!

Again Not A Good Feeling

I just dont have a good feeling again about the weigh in tomorrow! Just not feeling it! Today was a good day though! Ate on track, rode bike first thing this morning and did some yoga. The last 2 weeks I have only ran 2 days a week, maybe I need to go back to running 3 days!
