Just Another Day

Not too much going on different than any other day! Got up early and got in the bike ride, went to the gym later and ran for 45 minutes. Ate my daily points actaully a little less than daily but I am not hungry and its too late to eat now! So I am going to go take a shower and lay in bed and read a book!

Tired

Still truckin along but man was I tired this morning when it was time to get up at 5:30M to go on the bike ride but I did drap my behind out of the bed and went! when I really wanted to do was sleep. Got in the bike ride, 30m pilates, and 30m yoga! Right on track with the points so its all good! Tomorrow is another day!

Moving Along

Another good day! Got up early and got in the bike ride before school. After school got in 45 minutes running and 30 minute yoga! Ate all daily points today and totally on track!

Starting the Week off Right~

Got a good start to the week! Got up at 5:30am and rode my bike for hour and 10 minutes, later in the day did 30m of pilates and 30m of yoga! Right on with points today too! Went to a fellow WWers friends house for lunch (Subway) and went swimming for a while! That was fun and looking forward to doing it again! Not all that comfortable in a bathing suit though! But the good news I am back into 10 and 12 size shorts! Wohoooo!!!!

Time Again

Well here it is another Friday evening, eve before weigh in day! Today I rode my bike for 1hr 15m and did 30min of yoga! Ate totally on points and nothing more! Hope its all good tomorrow come weigh in time..........

Day 3

Well I have managed to get myself out of bed in the mornings early enough for a bike ride 3 days in a row now! Going for day 4 tomorrow! Legs are still sore but not too bad! As well as bike ride I got in 30 minutes of pilates and 30 minutes of yoga today! Ate OK! Not really sure on points I know I used a few activity points but didnt do a very good job at counting today! Not good considering weigh in day is coming up! Not feeling good about this weeks weigh in!

Screaming Quads

My quads are screaming at me that they HURT! Really sore today, was feeling OK after the 1 hour bike ride this morning but after I ran they really started to hurt and have got worse throughout the evening! Ibprofen and hot bath coming up! Only got in 35 of the 45 minutes of running! I had a bad side pain that would not stop so I had to stop! Ate all my daily points and 2 activity points today!


I'M STILL HERE

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to check in to let you know I'm still here and I'm still kicking - but not kicking it as much as our friend Shelly. She is a force to be reckoned with. I kid her that she is obsessed but, she is just very dedicated. I need to be more that way but I'm older so it takes me a while to get there. Gave up Diet Cokes (except for a splurge after weigh in) last week and it made a big difference. Drinking iced tea for the caffeine and then water rest of the day. If I REALLY have to have something, it's a Diet Rite with no sodium so I don't feel as bloated. It was really the only change I made last week and I lost 1.6. Not sure what you guys drink but, if it's alot of diet drinks, try cutting down and you'll see a difference.

How is everyone else doing on their "health watchers"? We call it that at our meeting because it's not always about just weight.

Way To Start The Day

I got up at 5:30 this morning and went for an hour long bike ride! Awesome! I love riding that time of day it was so peaceful! Of course now I am tired and want to go to bed since I got up so darn early! LOL Guess I will get used to it eventually! Also got in 30 minutes of pilates and 60 minutes of yoga! Ate on points to day too! Looking forward to riding tomorrow morning as well!

Rough Start

Did OK today but rough start! This week I planned to get at 5am when Bruce gets up for work and go for a hour bike ride before it gets too hot! Then after work(summer school) go to the gym for running/weights/pilates/yoga whatever day it is! Well today it didnt start off so good! I did not get up at 5am. I was too tired and forgot all about it and didnt get up until 6:30 when I need to get ready for work, so I did not get the bike ride in! I did however make it to the gym for 45 minutes of running and 30 minute of yoga! Ate on points today too!

Eating Out

Well not one of my better days but dont think too much damage was done! Rode bike to gym, ran for 45 minutes, rode bike home and did yoga! Was on track with eating all day until dinner! At the last minute we decided to go out to eat because we had to go to Sams. We ate at KFC. I had a chicken strip wrap! So not really bad but not exactly on plan. Although I had 11 points left not including the 9 activity points I earned today and the wrap was 17. Drinking lots of water now to flush the system! LOL

Bike

I think I have found me new thing! Although I still love the feeling I have after running! But Biking is really starting to work for me! Today I rode for 90 minutes! then came home and did some yoga! After running I have this "high" and feel like I accomplished something! After biking I just feel like all my stress is left out there on the trail! As far as eating goes today-right on track there with no problems! Right now I am feeling OK about this weeks weigh in!

New time on 5K

Beat my time on the 5K today! Took off 45 seconds for a time of 43:30! Also rode bike to gym and home, lifted weights and did 30 minutes of yoga! Ate all daily points and about 3 activity points! Not bad! over all a good day!

Monday

Well its been a good day! I still have 4 points left so I am going to go fix a snack after I finish this post. Got up and went for a long bike ride this morning! 1 hour and 20 minutes! Just got into the music I was listening too and had no idea how long I had been riding until I got home! Then to top that off I spent the next hour outside in the heat mowing the yard! I am exhausted tonight!

Down Again!

OK Back on the downward trend! Lost 1.4 today! So I lost the .6 I gained last week and a little more! I am happy with that! Just need .8 next week to get into that new decade of numbers~

Today I ate ok! Still have 4 points left for the day but its too late to eat now, rode my biek for an hour and did 30 minutes of yoga! Tomorrow is weigh in day, not feeling too confidnet! All I want is to loose the .6 I gained last week to get back to my 25!

On a roll, ate exactly my daily points today and exercised! Rode my bike to the gym and ran 45 minutes then rode bike home. I got in my 5k in less than 45 minutes! Wohooo! 44:15 was the time!

No Run

Good day! Ate all my daily points and thats it! Got in exercise but I did not go to the gym for the 5K run! Just couldnt so it today! So I went on a bike ride for an hour then did some yoga! Tomorrow probably will run again!

2nd 5K

Well I got in another 5K today and did it in less time than yesterday! Although the plan to run one every day this week may get changed! My quads are KILLING me! LOL! No pain no gain right!? Anyway rode biek to gym, ran 5K and lifted weights then rode bike home! Ate all my daily points today and 3 activity points! Running first thing in the morning sure makes me hungry all day!

5K

Good day! Right on with points and lot of exercise! Rode bike to gym, ran for 47 minutes completing a 5K. My goal this week is to get it under 45 minutes and eventually 35 to 40 minutes. Then rode the bike home. Going to try to run the 5K every day this week! Not sure how that will turn out.......

My First Gain

Well in 6 months of losing and maintaining I have had my first gain. Up .6 today! Not a lot but enough to make me unhappy! Looking back on the week, I was very stressed out about something that I dont really want to go into here, i started my period a week early, I messed up my meds at the beginning of the week which totally screws with my metobolism and I increased my running time and my legs are sore! So given all that .6 gain is nothing compared to what it could be. But it still upsets me tremendously! I decided not to chain my tracker I want to see that 25 pounds off all week to motivate me extra to get that .6 and then some off next week!

Happy 4th of July

Not too much exciting going on here today! Did manage to stay on points today! Got in a 45 minute bike ride this morning! Was going to go again this evening but decided against it. All the fireworks going off had a few of my dogs on edge so I decided it was best to stay home with them! Still not feeling good at all about weighing in tomorrow! Guess we will see how it turns out in the morning!

Not So Sure...

I was not feeling so sure today about having a good loss this week! Just feeling off and and bloated! Not sure why haven't eaten anything different or full of sodium! I don't know time will tell! Guess because I have had 2 good weeks I think maybe my luck will run out! But for today, I was right on with points and got in the exercise of course! Rode bike to gym, ran for 45 minutes and rode bike home! Tomorrow is a new day and maybe a better feeling!

Working on the Goal

Good day! Right on with points for now, may did into the activity points later not sure yet! Rode bike to gym, ran for 30 minutes, took one hour strength training class and rode the bike home! Next week I am looking forward to going to the gym everyday in the morning! No summer school! LOL
