WOW!!!!!!

I guess the scales have been right the last few days! Today at weigh in I was down 3.4! I was shocked!!! Wohooooo!!!!!!!! Just 16.8 to go to my doctors goal and Lifetime for Weight Watchers! 22.8 to my personal goal!

Another pound??

The scale this morning said I was down another pound from yesterday! That would be 3 pounds! Some how I do not think that is very likely! Guess we will know in the morning at weigh in time!

Feeling OK

So I got on the scale this morning to take a look, it said I was down 2 pounds! I was thrilled but then quickly came back to reality by Saturday that could be so off! But I did give me a pretty good feeling about Saturday! Today I was right on with points and got in 30 minutes of weight lifting and 20 intense minutes on the elliptical!

Very Little Exercise

Been kinda slacking on the workouts lately, just been not very motivated to do it! Today I did not make it to the gym because a meeting at work ran late. All I got in was 1 hour bike ride. OK on points though still have 2 points to use. Tomorrow will be better!

OK Day

Just a normal day but with a little less exercise! Ate all my daily points today and only got in 3o minutes of weight lifting today! Was going to go ride my bike but just never made it! Will get it in tomorrow!

Back to Night Riding

The 5:30am bike rides are done for now. Getting up that early was killing me, so I am back to riding at night. Today I got in 30 minutes of running, just didnt have the energy for 45 minutes and got in a one hour bike ride too. Eating was good, I still have one point left for the day! Now that school is back in I am back into a normal routine and feel like I have control once again!

Really Good Day

Today was the best day I had all week! Although I did not get in the bike ride I really have to do better on that next week! I did get in 30 minutes of incline intervals today! Food wise even with eating out for lunch was great! No extra junk and great choices! Just hope its enough to make a difference on the scale tomorrow!

Easy One

Todays lunch was an easy one! Subway! Did not make it out for the bike ride this morning, my legs were too sore! Got to the gym later and legs were feeling much better , got in weights and 20 minutes of running! However I checked the scale this morning! NO MOVEMENT! GGGRRRR!!! Not one ounce!

Another OK day

So far so good this week with the eating out for lunch! Today it was a BBQ place. I had only a baked potato, very very little butter and thats it! 2 more days to go! Got in bike ride and 45 minutes of running today!

Good Choices

I had what I would call a very successful day! Got up early and got in that bike ride! Good start! Then fo rlunch we went to a pizza/pasta place! YIKES! Could have been really really bad! BUT I ate one pice of garlic bread, and a grilled chicken salad! NO pasta to pizza for me! WoHooo! After work went to the gym and got in 30 minutes of weight lifting! Now its time for bed! Night!

OK Start

OK day! Didnt get off to the start I wanted, it was raining this morning and did not go for a bike ride, I had other options like the ellipitcal or DVDs but instead I went back to bed! Today was also my first day back to work and of course that means eating out for lunch most of the week! Today it was Mexican! I stayed away from the chips and salsa and had a taco salad I had no afternoon snack either to try help balance out things. After work I went to the gym anbd ran sprints for 45 minutes. Hoping tomorrow I can get in that morning workout and eat better at lunch!

Looking Towards A Better Week

Its been a good day! That .4 gain has me determined to have a good week! Normally on Sundays I struggle with staying on track! Not today! No exercise because its a day off but I did stay on points even with eating out for lunch! We went to IHOP so it was a struggle not eat chocolate chip pancakes! I had a regular pancake with no butter or syrup and a garden scrambler, which is egg subsitute scrambled with green peppers, tomatoes, onion and mushrooms! I had no mushrooms though YUCK! LOL So I consider it a very good day!
No ticker this week until I get back to 30 pounds gone!!!!

Not So Good Again..

Not having a good feeling about tomorrows weigh in! I stepped on the scale this morning to check it out and nothing~ no loss! What!?! I am so frustrated! Guess all I can do is see what the scale says tomorrow at WW! Today for exercise all I got in was the 1 hour bike ride. Ate ok, actually ate below points which is not good but I wasnt feeling hungry and I was depressed about the scale! Hope its better tomorrow!

Feeling Better

So as far as the bloated feeling thing I am feeling better today, my fingers are not swollen so I guess thats a good thing! Today I got in the bike ride and 30 minutes of sprint intervals. Ate on track including going out to lunch, we went to subway! Still not feeling good about any loss this week but I guess that will be dtermined on Saturday!

Half Way Through The Week

Here it is Wednesday already! I am not having a good feeling about this week, been feeling bloated and my fingers are swollen, not sure why it shouldnt be that time so not sure what is causing it! But today was good on points, rode bike for 1 hour, lifted weights and did 15 minutes of sprints! Hopefully things will improve the next few days!

Just another good day! Rode bike 1 hour, ran 45 minute and yoga for 30 minutes! Ate on points today too even though I had a training to go to I could be at home to control lunch, so I just went to Subway! I was totally tempted to go somewhere else but didnt! yeah me!

Back on Program

Well it was a rough weeken, I just couldnt seem to stay on program at all! Today is a new day and I am back on track! Rode my bike this morning then went to the gym lifted weights and did 20 minutes of sprints! Ate exactly on points today as well! Looking for a good rest of the week to break past the 30 mark!

Looking for .8

.8 is all I need tomorrow to have gotten 30 pounds! Is that too much to ask? Sometimes this week I thought thats a breeze then at other times I thought no way will it happen! Today I rode my bike for an hour and that was it for exercise, legs are still sore mut feeling way better! Right on track with eating today, still have 3 points but most likey will not use them! Just waiting on tomorrows weigh in.......

Working It Out

I am still sore today but it is much better! Just keep working out to work out the soreness! Rode bike this morning, lifted weights and stretched and also got in 15 minutes of sprints! Ate on track today too! Feeling good right now!

The Pain of Weights

Oh how I am sore today! Yesterday when doing the new weight routine I was thinking it was too easy and I was not getting anything out of it. Until this morning! The pain in my legs and arms! I was defiantly getting something out of it! And still am it still hurts. Rode bike this morning even though I could barely getmy leg over the seat! Then went to the gym later, was supposed to run but couldnt do it so I just did some inclines on the treadmill, then did some yoga! Right on with points today, feel like I am back in control there!

Back to Weight Training

I have not been doing any weight lifting in more than a month! I decided it was time to get back to it! I started today! I got this book called "The New Rules of Lifting for Women, Lift Like a Man Look Like a Goddess" Its awesome! Has awesome reviews from women that have used it as well! I am going to do the 7 stage weight lifting program in it! I am excited, its the first time I have ever been excited about weights! I have tried other programs before but never stuck with it! This one is going to be it! Also got in a bike ride, 15 minutes of high intensity sprints on treadmill and some pilates today! Much better on eating today to! Ate my daily points and some activity points! Back on track!

Not off to a good start

Well its been a rough start to the week! Food wise anyway! Sunday was a waste for sure went over my points. Today started off good but then at summer school I lost control and just could not stop putting food in my mouth! UGH! I rebounded after that and got through the rest of the day with minimal damage! Exercise wise I did great today! I rode my bike 1 hour this morning, ran for 45 minutes and yoga for 30 minuntes! The rest of the week WILL be better! It has to be! I have to loose at least .8 on Saturday!!

Again Not A Good Feeling

I just dont have a good feeling again about the weigh in tomorrow! Just not feeling it! Today was a good day though! Ate on track, rode bike first thing this morning and did some yoga. The last 2 weeks I have only ran 2 days a week, maybe I need to go back to running 3 days!
