Back At It

Today was good back on track! Right on with points with good choices! Got in a 3 mile walk, finally no rain thisevening, about 10 minutes on the stationary bike, and some yoga! Feeling good! We will see how good come Saturday!

Rough Day

Not so much of a good one today...lots of snacking on meaningless junk...not but I did it anyway! It WILL NOT happen tomorrow I WILL be in CONTROL! Got in 30 day shred today as well!

Rained Out Again

Another good day! On track with points and good choices! I had planned to go out for arun today but again I was rained out, so I popped in a oldie but a goodie..Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile DVD and then followed it with yoga!

Weekend Recap

OK so yesterday was weigh in day! It was down, not as much as I would have liked but at least it was down and in the right direction! Down one pound! Today has been a great day too, right on track with points still have 4 points left to eat. Exercise was to be a 3 mile walk but it got rained out so I did 30 day shred and yoga!

Good Week

Well despite what the scale shows tomorrow I have had a good week! The best one I have had in a month! Today was another good points day and got in a 3 mile run and an hour of yoga! Feel OK about weigh in not all that positive...

Still Trackin

It would have been sooooo easy to let that TOM interrupt me and get me off track the way I have been feeling! But I did not! I stuck to the plan today stayed on track with points and even got in some workouts even though I tried to talk myself out of it because I have not felt good to day at all! But I followed through! I got in 30 day shred, ab 6 mile bike ride and yoga! Not bad! Tomorrow is the last day! Weigh in day is coming soon...

Just When I Think..

I will have some good results on the scale this week because I have been on track all week and exercises! Mother nature came to visit! UGH! Man I can not get a break at all! Anyway its been a good day on track with points got in a 3 mile walk and some yoga! Just going to keep on track and see what will happen on Saturday!

Back In The Groove

Re Committing~

I have been sooooo off track for several weeks, eating more than I should and not tracking. Not working out like I should! No more! Today is a a new beginning! I am recommitting right now! I will be back to where I want to be! I am still 3.4 pounds under goal but I dont like where I am I want to be lower back into the 130s. I have gained weight for 4 or 5 weeks not a little at a time but no more! Back to weight loss points, not maintenance points and back to working out!

Another just OK day, over by 2 points, had to have a fiber one bar I was too hunger and had to have something I wasnt at home and I had that with me so it was the only choice at the time! Got in a 2 mile run and yoga today!

Not My Best Ever

It was an OK day! Not one of my best days! Just a little over on points by 2 but with healthy choices. Got in a workout with 30 day shred, had planned to run tonight but got home really late from a meeting so it was too dark. Will get it in tomorrow! Better on point tomorrow too!

First Day Back In Control

Today was it! First day back in control and back on track! Right on track with points and with tracking as well! Actually was one point under today. Got in a 3 mile walk and yoga as well! I am determined to have a good week and get back in control and get back under 140.

Frustrated

OK I was up again this week! Still under goal but still up! Its because I need to get seriously back on track! The last several weeks I have only half hearted put in the effort and have not been tracking like I should! Its time to get SERIOUS again and get back to loosing!

Friday

Good points day all day and LOTS of activity. We went to Eagle Moutain Park and walked the trails! WOW!! Up and down rugged terrain for nearly 3 hours! I am exhausted! More from the heat than than the trails! Tomorrow is weigh in day! Still feeling pretty good about having some good results but just a little nervous...never know what that scale will show!

Thursday was another good points day on track and got in a walk! Tomorrow is weigh in day, not sure how I feel about it..I feel OK that maybe I have lost but its been a weird week and lots of changes to eating and working out so not sure how it will go!

Monday-Wednesday

I knew I hadnt posted here in a few days but did not realize it was 3 days! Monday was OK! On points but did not get in any activity just had a busy day and ran out of time! Tuesday and Wednesday were good! On track with points and got in walks both days 3 miles on Tuesday and 4 miles on Wednesday plus some yard work on Wednesday as well...Today is Thursday and so far on track with a good start..plan to keep it that way..

The Weigh In

Well it was OK! Still up from my lowest of 139 but down from the gain of the previous 2 weeks! I was just over 143 with the gains but today I weighed in at 140.8 so I am on the right track and will be back in the 130s soon!

The Eve Of Early Weigh In

Here it is Thursday night! I can not believe I am actually going to weigh in a day early! Weird for me! Today has been a good points day no problems! Got in a 2 mile runa and a good hour of yoga! Not really sure what the scale will show in the morning but I am ok with whatever it is...unless of course its a BIG gain but I dont think it will be!

Cruising Along

Its weird how one minute I am struggling and just cant seem to be in control and the next I am so in control its like I was never off track! Another good day! Right on track with points all day no stuggles and got in a 3 mile walk and stress relief yoga! Even though my fingers still seem to be a little swollen and retaining some fluid I feel OK about weighing in this week and even a day early! I dont think I will be back at 139 but thats OK I know I will get back there soon and then some as well! Just feels good to be back on track!
