Less Pain

Still sore today but just sore not pain like the last two days! Got in a 40 minute run and 30 minute of yoga to stretch out really good! Hoping there is no soreness tomorrow! 2 days left to work off the pounds and work out the soreness! On track with points, but again ate a few activity points. Going to be really strict on points the next 2 days and stick to only daily points!
