Oh my goodness! My legs are still hurting! This can not be a good thing for Saturday! In the long run yeah its good I am building muscle but for short term! Sore muscles means water retention which in turn means weight gain! UGH! On track with points all day, did not use any activity points. Got in a 45 minute run, then also did the weight circuit again with lighter to no weights, it seemed to help work out some of the soreness, at least for now, the morning may tell a different story! Just gotta pray it stops hurting soon and the scale does not go up!
