OK I am back on track today! Actaully under points today but considering what I ate yesterday it will balance out! Got in a 30 minute run, at normal speed! Wohoo! that felt good! Cut it short because part of re grouping included going to a WW meeting~! A friend of mine from WW also struggled over the weekend and we were talking about it together this morning so we meet up this evening at a WW meeting to get ourselves back on track! It worked! I am refocused and ready to attack the week!
