I am feeling very down and sluggish today, in fact I have been all week! Eating more than normal(using activity points) drinking more diet soda than I ever do and on my runs I have been slow and my legs just dont want to move. Its been a hard week! With all that I am not expecting any lose tomorrow morning! I would like to see just .8 if anything, that would put me out of the 150s and I would loose a daily point! Not that is a good thing LOL but it does put me closer to goal! I started my period this morning so I know now that is why its been a rough week but I HATE using that as an excuse! Just hope for the best in the morning!

Good luck tomorrow. I am pulling for you. I wanted you to know I finally hit 10 lbs yesterday 10.4 actually. I have had to work my butt off literally for those measly ten pounds. It use to fall off me but not now :) My friend has lost 16 in 3 weeks less time then I have. Oh well, I can tell I am losing inches. I am loving Zumba-just wish you were here to go to the Y with me. I have so much fun. I can't wait to hear how you do tomorrow. Keep your spirits up.
