I should have known now is not the time to start a new weight lifting routine especially since I havent even lifted in several weeks! Today I AM SOOOOO SORE! My thighs and innner thighs are in burning pain, my pecs, shoulders and sides are hurting too but not as bad as my legs.! Just hope I have time to workout out the soreness and get rid of the water retention before the next weigh in. Stayed on points all day and used a couple of activity points too. Got in a 30 minute run that was supposed to be 45 minutes. My legs were hurting too much to go any longer and I really had to slow up the speed as well. Got in a awesome 30 minutes of yoga though, even though the stretching HURT it felt good! Hopefully tomorrow will be better!
