Man my lower back is sore today from the hills workout! Totally feeling that one! Did run today and had some hills in it but I just reduced the speed to make it doable! Got in 35 minute of running, 30 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of yoga which seemed to help the back some. Ate right on with points all day as well! 6 weeks....7.8 pounds! Thats about 1.3 a week! This week I would LOVE to see 2.4 just because that gets me to another 5 pound star at 45, not likely I know but I am going to work as hard as I can..
