Well I got in another 5K today and did it in less time than yesterday! Although the plan to run one every day this week may get changed! My quads are KILLING me! LOL! No pain no gain right!? Anyway rode biek to gym, ran 5K and lifted weights then rode bike home! Ate all my daily points today and 3 activity points! Running first thing in the morning sure makes me hungry all day!
