Well in 6 months of losing and maintaining I have had my first gain. Up .6 today! Not a lot but enough to make me unhappy! Looking back on the week, I was very stressed out about something that I dont really want to go into here, i started my period a week early, I messed up my meds at the beginning of the week which totally screws with my metobolism and I increased my running time and my legs are sore! So given all that .6 gain is nothing compared to what it could be. But it still upsets me tremendously! I decided not to chain my tracker I want to see that 25 pounds off all week to motivate me extra to get that .6 and then some off next week!
