Did OK today but rough start! This week I planned to get at 5am when Bruce gets up for work and go for a hour bike ride before it gets too hot! Then after work(summer school) go to the gym for running/weights/pilates/yoga whatever day it is! Well today it didnt start off so good! I did not get up at 5am. I was too tired and forgot all about it and didnt get up until 6:30 when I need to get ready for work, so I did not get the bike ride in! I did however make it to the gym for 45 minutes of running and 30 minute of yoga! Ate on points today too!
