Well I have managed to get myself out of bed in the mornings early enough for a bike ride 3 days in a row now! Going for day 4 tomorrow! Legs are still sore but not too bad! As well as bike ride I got in 30 minutes of pilates and 30 minutes of yoga today! Ate OK! Not really sure on points I know I used a few activity points but didnt do a very good job at counting today! Not good considering weigh in day is coming up! Not feeling good about this weeks weigh in!
