I think I have found me new thing! Although I still love the feeling I have after running! But Biking is really starting to work for me! Today I rode for 90 minutes! then came home and did some yoga! After running I have this "high" and feel like I accomplished something! After biking I just feel like all my stress is left out there on the trail! As far as eating goes today-right on track there with no problems! Right now I am feeling OK about this weeks weigh in!
