Better
So today was a better day! Stayed on points just like I needed to! And got in several work outs! 30 minutes of weight lifting, and YES I am feeling it after 2 weeks of no weights! 15 minutes of incline work on the treadmill, 20 minutes of the ellipitcal and 30 minutes of yoga! Now nothing left but hot shower and sleep...

I tried from work yesterday and it wouldn't let me. Kelsey and I didn't get home from church last night till almost ten. So NO computer last night. I will try tonight!

Parent/teachers, out to eat for Jamie's birthday and followed up w/ 2 hours of painting in the basement. by the time I was done it was almost 11 pm.
excuses excuses! LOL!
