25 NO Stops, Up Hill

WOW I just can't believe I am actually doing this! Running! Me? But I am! Its crazy and I love it! Ran today for a straight 25 minutes! No stopping this time, not even for a few seconds! And up hill as well, Well OK not exactly up hill but I did have the incline at 1% for the whole time. I read some articles on treadmill training that said running on a flat treadmill is bad on the knees that you should at least run at a 1% incline plus it makes it more like running outside. I adjusted down at one point to flat and I could tell a BIG difference so I move it back up to 1% it actually felt more comfortable there! After running I did some leg weight training and stretching! Now I need a nap! LOL!
