So let's get caught up on the past week. Saturday was the worst ever for eating! Totally out of control, got in one 30 minute walk and that was it. Sunday was just as bad as Saturday for eating. Way too much of very bad things. Got in 2 30 minute walks that day. Monday was back on track ate on points and got in a 30 minute run and 30 minute walk. When running I felt like I was going to be sick from all the eating on the weekend but I pushed through it and finished! Tuesday off track eating but not even close to what I did on the weekend. Exercise I got in 1 hour of Walk Away the Pounds, 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of pilates. So here we are on Wednesday, on track with points ate exactly my daily points and no more. Got in 30 minutes of running and 40 minutes of riding my bike outside! Not looking forward to this Saturdays weigh in, I am hoping all the extra workouts will off set the bad eating so I at least maintain, not looking for a loss just praying for no gain!!
