CHECKING IN

HEY GUYS, JUST WANTED TO CHECK IN TO SEE HOW EVERYONE IS DOING. TONYA, GOOD FOR YOU COMING BACK. AS YOU KNOW, IT WORKS WHEN WE WORK IT. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, LET ME KNOW. I'VE STARTING SHELLY'S RUNNING PROGRAM. I DIDN'T THINK A 20 MIN WALK/RUN WOULD BE THAT MUCH OF A WORKOUT BUT I WAS SWEATING LIKE I'D DONE A 1 HR STEP CLASS. MY SHINS WERE A LITTLE SOAR SO I GOT ON THE BIKE FOR ABOUT 10 MIN AFTER TO STRETCH THEM OUT AND I THINK THAT HELPED. NOW I HAVE TO CATCH UP TO MS " I CAN RUN FOR 25 MIN". (GRIN).

kathy you may want to check into getting fitted for proper running shoes its make a WORLD of difference!
