Here it is again Sunday! Another week of staying focused and getting healthy. Went a little over points today not really since I just used my activity points so its ok. Yesterday was BAD!! Way over points! Today I ran for 25 minutes! It was such a struggle, it was so easy before but now its getting harder! Not sure what thats all about! But I am just going to take it slow and keep it up until I feel I am ready to bump up the time! Good luck to you all this week! YOU CAN DO IT!
