Well today was day 4 of the 25 minute running which I did complete! Next week which will be Sunday I am supposed to bumped that up to 28 minutes. But right now I am seriously thinking about repeating the week and staying at 25 minutes. I have completed all the days of 25 but its been a struggle on all those days except one of them. So I don't feel like I am ready to add more time yet. I want to more comfortable with 25 before going to 28! I don't know, I may change my mind by the time Sunday comes around. Ate much better today still have a couple of points to eat and its getting late so I am not sure I will get them down.
