I LOVE Bob! LOL!

Bob Harper from Biggest Loser that is!! During the Biggest Loser show they always have "tips from the trainers" Bob's tip tonight was to make sure you have a CHEAT DAY! LOL!! WOHOO! BOB! Actaully he said it was a good idea because it switches things up and keeps you metobolism running instead of it slowing down when it gets used the same thing day after day! So now I don't have to feel guilty for having a cheat day because Bob said its OK! LOL!!

No cheat day today though! Right on with my points, I should have eaten some activity points since it was a running day but I never felt hungry to eat them. Thats all I got in today was the running. I am so looking forward to summer when school is out I am going to pretend I am at the Biggest Loser Campus and work out all day like they do! LOL!
