OK, its not much but at least it's a down, .4 lbs down this week. I didn't do so good on points and can't seem to make myself go back to the gym. Not too sure whats going on in my head, but I'll get back then the pounds will come off, I know they will. Still wish there was an easy button for weight loss. LOL
