I look forward to this time and dread it every week! Time for another weigh in in the morning! Earlier I was feeling good! Now I am feeling not so good! Anyway , today I ate on points and got in a walk, my running and yoga! Was going to go for a bike ride but talked myself out of it and now I regret it! Guess we will see what the scale shows in the morning!
