Had a good day!

Yesterday I did good on the food and exercised at the hotel for 30 minutes. Today, I had a small breakfast, 1 slice of pizza (the company I trained brought in pizza for lunch), and now I am going to have a low-sodium V8 with some Kashi Go Lean dry cereal for snack before having supper. I plan to exercise after I eat tonight. (Kashi is giving me gas. I thinks it's all the fiber! LOL)

oh yeah! fiber will do that! just get you some chewable gas X I love my fiber one bars and soemtimes they do that tooo! great restraint on the pizza only one slice is awesome!

hey carla what do you do for exercise while in hotels!? my weight watchers leader travels alot too and he uses the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. I have several of them and they are good! especially when you are confined to a small space like hotels!

I have been using their exercise rooms and most of them have a treadmill. I have wondered about the DVD's since I can play them on my laptop, but didn't want to spend the money on something that I don't like. I might try them.

they are great i love them when the weather is bad and i cant get outside to walk! she has everything from one mile to five miles!
