Love to Run

I can't believe it but I actually like running! Its so exhilarating and I feel awesome afterwards. I just finished day 3 of week 1 on the C25K plan. As much as I like it I am not sure I am ready for week 2 yet so I may repeat week 1, I have until Sunday to decided! Also took a 25 minute walk today. I am right at the 20 points for the day too, so I hope I can get through the evening with no urges. But if I do I have some 2 point bars that will get me through since I did earn 5 activity points today! Next week will be hard! Bruce is going to Kansas and will be gone for a week, I am going to be so bored and lonely at home, danger zone, for stress eating!! Help me guys keep on track and to stay focused!

I will be here for you, call or text me if you get the "urge" to eat and I'll help you though it. You'll do fine.

Running.....way to go, that is my goal to eventually run a mile without stopping. Baby steps will get me there.

thanks i know you will be! i never in my wildest dreams think i would be running and liking it as well! its crazy! my goal is to finish they 9week training course and get to where i can run the 5K on the treadmill, then start taking it to the street. right now i can not run on the street for some reason but can do it on the treadmill!

Perhaps our goal can be to run a 5k together when I get to Texas, what a great goal! So what do you think? 3 1/2 yeas is enough training time don't you think?

LMAO!! plenty of time! Heck in 3 1/2 years we will be ready for a marathon forget the 5k..ok well maybe a half marathon! LOL!
