ReBound!

So yesterday I did everything possible WRONG! bad food choices to the points of feeling sick and no exercise! Today I rebounded! I ate very healthy and totally on points and worked out! Took 3 bike rides. 20mintes over to Kathy's house, 40minutes with Kathy and home, and another 40minutes with my neighbor! MY BUTT HURTS! LOL Then I also got in 20 minutes of pilates tonight! Now its bed time!!

Hey, it's OK to cheat once in a while. If you never give your body what it is craving or what it thinks it wants then we will loose at this thing we are doing. So hang in there. Good job getting back on track.
