Good Morning

Sorry, I've been off for a while. I have been busy at work with the new info that we need to train this year and I didn't take my laptop home last night. I am doing good on eating (making better choices when I eat out and eating less over all), but exercise is terrible. I can't seem to bring myself to do it. I know I would feel better, but I still don't do it. I am going to try the Walk Away the Pounds DVD tonight in my hotel and maybe that will be better.

The key is getting started! Once you start working out and do it for several days then you start “craving” it and look forward to doing it! Just jump in there and do it! Which Walk Away the Pounds DVD are you doing tonite! I have several of them! Let me know what you think of it!! Good Luck!

WooHoo!! I did it!! I walked for 1 mile with the DVD. I really like these workouts. I look forward to being able to make the 2 mile. I feel good.

Super job, now just keep it up. I know for me I started on the treadmill last week, did 3 days then didn't do much on the weekend or yesterday and I HAD to get on today. Feel much better knowing that I did my 20 min / 1 mile. Tell me more about the DVD, I saw one at wal-mart the other day but didn't really know what to think of it.

Tonya you can never go wrong with anything by Leslie Sansone, her walk away the pounds series in awesome! I totally recommend them. Its just walking in place in your own living room, but she really makes you work! You can do them for sure!
