Hanging On

Barely, but I am! Good day with eating. Ate my 20 pts and a couple of activity points that I earned. BUT today I ate them because I was hungry, not because I was feeding emotions. It was a evening snack not a binge like last night! so I feel ok about it. My exercise today was a 30 minute walk and 35 minutes of intense body sculpting(FIRM DVD) I will be feeling it tomorrow! Now if I can just figure out how to get some sleep tonite it would be all good!

You'll eventually get so tired, you'll sleep. Of course it'll probably be just before Burce gets home, but sleep is sleep. Something to try.....Benadryl, the ingrediant in it is the same as in many over the counter sleep aids. After not sleeping a couple of nights I take a couple of those and sleep pretty well. Just take them early enough to get 8 or more hours of sleep, so there is no "hang over" the next morning.

try Tylenol PM. it will help w/ the sore muscles and will help w/ the sleep. One of the best things I have found.
